How to configure outlook express

Step1: Initial account set up

Open Outlook Express and click on the tools menu at the top
Select 'Accounts' from the drop-down menu

Step2: Select the service

In order to set up a new mail account, click on the 'add' button and select “mail” from the submenu.

Step3: Enter Your name

Input the name that you would like to be used on all mail you send, in the display box of the window.
Once you have finished, click next.

Step4: Enter your email address

Select the default option (I already have an email address that I'd like to use) then input your new email address. For example, say you purchased a domain name www.domain.com - your email address could be sales@domain.com, john@domain.com, info@.domain.com etc.
Once you have finished, click next

Step5: Enter Server details

This step configures what servers to use when you are sending mail and receiving it. The settings are as follows:

My Incoming mail server is a POP3 server
For “Incoming mail server is pop3.yourdomainname.com”, change ourdomainname.com to the domain you wish to receive and send email)
For “Outgoing mail server is smtp.yourdomainname.com”, change ourdomainname.com to the domain you wish to receive and send email
Once you have finished, click next

Step6:Enter Account information

Input the username and password, we issued you when you initially set up an account with us, in the boxes provided
Once you have finished, click next
Your account has been set up!

Step7:Check or send email

To check for email within outlook, click on the Send/Rev button located at the top.
To send email from outlook, click on the New Mail button
