Here is the step to step procedure to bring glass texture effects in Photoshop CS.

1 .First step is to select an image and open in Photoshop CS

2. Next step is go to Filter>Distort> Glass. You will find a glass property dialog box on the screen. We have some values to give Glass Distortion – 10, Smoothness – 4, Texture – Canvas, Scaling - 100%. After submitting all the values click the OK button. You can also change the values for checking the image.

Glass

Distortion - 10

Smoothness - 4

Texture - Canvas

Scaling - 100%

Click on OK.

3 .If u completes the above procedure you will get a glass texture effect on the image.
