Steps to create The Twirl effect

1. Open a new file in Photoshop CS and create a new layer in it.

2. Draw an interesting graphics as shown below using the brush tool. The properties should be set like below

Mode- Normal
Opacity-100%
Flow-100%

3. The next step is crucial .This is the step to ass the twirl effect to the graphics you have just drawn. Open the twirl window and set the angle setting as maximum (999) and click OK. The twirl window can be opened by pressing Filter>Distort>Twirl.

4. Finish.You have successfully added the Twirl effect to the graphics. The result will look similar to the image shown below..
